Everybody needs help to make it- nobody has all of the skills needed to reach their business potential. The Business Accelerate Program is your regular access to our team of business mentors. Fortnightly Q&A sessions with mentors boasting a range of backgrounds and experience = invaluable to business owners.

Training

Our modules are designed to cover all the topics essential to business growth - from marketing and sales to financial records, CRM and exit planning. These interactive short courses include group discussion and Q&A sessions- they're so much more than just an online video. And the best part? You only pay for the modules you need.

A word from Iain

We revised the Business Accelerate Program after we recognised a gap in help being offered to small business owners- those beyond early start up but facing the issues of growing, rather than starting, a business.

As with everything we do at Upland Consulting, we built this program following our motto of ‘Head, Heart and Bottom Line’. We know there are many online courses available on the big wide web, but it was imperative to us that this program offer a level of human connectedness that not only grew the skills of it’s participants, but nurtured their values, sense of purpose and sense of community.

Why the application process? Because to get the most out of this program you need to be ready for some changes. We assess this by asking whether you hold the Four Aces:
AMBITION- you have to want to build your business
ACTION- if you only do what you always did, you’ll always get what you’ve always got. Are you ready to act on what we discuss?
ADVICE- are you up for taking feedback, advice and guidance?
AUTHORITY- are you the owner, or part of the ownership group, of your business?

We don’t offer payment plans but that’s because there’s no commitment. With our monthly subscription you can cancel whenever you need.

New modules are available every month. Our training modules are structured so that they are interactive, presented by our experts live with the opportunity for our community members to ask questions.

We believe the true magic of this program lies in the collaboration of the Accelerate community.  It’s what differentiates it from many other online courses that are available – the peer learning that occurs in our interactive modules and masterclasses.  Whilst you will be able to watch these back if you are not able to make it to the live, the true beauty will be in bouncing off ideas with other, like-minded business owners. 

We vet every applicant into the program to ensure that the community you are joining is filled with like-minded business owners at the same stage of their business journey. Our Accelerate community is a safe space, moderated by our Upland Consulting team, with regular contributions from our team of experts.
